PAYMENT INTEGRITY

How we handle Rocket paybill transactions

Rocket paybill runs on Dutch-Bangla Bank's licensed mobile financial service infrastructure, and we log every deposit and withdrawal against both our cashier records and Rocket's merchant settlement reports. Your Rocket PIN never passes through our system because the payment happens inside the Rocket app, and we only receive a confirmation code once the transfer completes.

Merchant paybill account

We hold a Rocket merchant paybill account issued by Dutch-Bangla Bank so deposits flow directly into our settlement wallet. Each transaction generates a unique reference ID that links your Rocket payment to your f222 game account balance update.

Transaction logs

Every Rocket deposit and withdrawal appears in your account history with the exact timestamp, amount, reference ID and status. You can cross-check those entries against your Rocket app statement to confirm the funds moved correctly on both ends.

Withdrawal verification

When you request a Rocket withdrawal, we verify your registered mobile number and national ID match before pushing the payout. First withdrawals may take a few hours for manual review; repeat payouts to the same Rocket number usually clear within thirty minutes.

Encrypted payment data

Rocket transaction confirmations travel over SSL and we store only the reference ID, amount and timestamp in our database. Your Rocket PIN, account balance and personal wallet details stay inside the Rocket app and never reach our servers.

Rocket paybill questions

Most Rocket deposits appear in your account wallet within one minute after you confirm the Send Money payment in your Rocket app. If it takes longer than five minutes, check your Rocket statement for the transaction ID and contact live chat to trace it.

We send withdrawals only to the Rocket mobile number you registered during account setup. If you need to change it, contact support with a photo of your national ID and a recent Rocket statement showing the new number for verification.

If you sent money to an incorrect paybill number, contact Rocket customer service immediately to request a reversal. We can only credit deposits that arrive at our official merchant paybill account, so reversing a misdirected payment happens on the Rocket side first.

First-time Rocket withdrawals go through manual identity verification, which can take a few hours. Repeat withdrawals to the same registered Rocket number usually clear within thirty minutes. Check your account history for the status or contact support if it stays pending beyond four hours.

You don't pre-register your Rocket number separately. When you make your first deposit, enter your Rocket mobile number in the cashier and we'll link it to your account. All future deposits and withdrawals will use that same Rocket number for verification.
